This notice explains how AppNet Automation (“we”) handles personal data when you visit appnetautomation.digital or contact us about application security event and anomaly analytics engagements. We act as data controller for website inquiry data.

Data we collect

• Contact form fields: name, email, engagement interest, application scope notes, and message content
• Technical data from essential cookies and, if accepted, analytics cookies (see our cookie notice)
• Email or phone correspondence you initiate

Purposes

We use inquiry data to respond to requests, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, and maintain basic business records. Analytics cookies (only if accepted) help us understand aggregate visit patterns.

Legal bases

Depending on context under Korean Personal Information Protection Act principles and applicable rules: performance of pre-contract steps at your request, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for optional cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are typically retained up to 24 months. Client engagement records follow the retention period in the statement of work, often five years for accounting and professional accountability. Cookie consent choices remain until you clear storage or change preference.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors may include email hosting and, if analytics are accepted, an analytics provider. Event samples shared during engagements are handled under the statement of work and should be minimized and redacted where possible.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Korea. If a processor stores data outside Korea, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, including contractual safeguards where required.

Your rights
