Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern access to the AppNet Automation website at appnetautomation.digital and the professional engagements described here. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms. Governing law is the law of the Republic of Korea (KR).
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Organizations that engage us will also receive a written statement of work that prevails over marketing copy on this site if there is a conflict.
Services described
Pages describing reviews, investigations, workshops, and retainers are informational. They do not form a binding contract until both parties sign a scope document stating fee, timeline, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text and design, belongs to AppNet Automation or its licensors. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the statement of work — typically a non-exclusive license to use findings internally. Pre-existing methods and templates remain ours.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that impairs service, submit unlawful content via forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting engagements.
Liability
Application security event and anomaly analytics findings are professional opinions based on samples and access provided. They are not guarantees that all threats will be detected. To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, AppNet Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. Liability under a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Website availability
We strive for availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
